KYC & account verification.
How identity checks, provider approval, and your receiving-account choices fit together before you start accepting payments.

01. Availability and service providers
YanaTech provides the website and account workspace. Verification, receiving-account services, and payment processing are integrated through Bridge and are subject to the applicable provider terms and approval requirements. Connecting a wallet does not by itself create or approve a receiving account.
Customer wallet connection, login, and new registration are temporarily closed while YanaTech prepares to launch. The process below applies when account access is enabled. Availability depends on your profile, residence, requested currency, and the services the provider supports. A USD or EUR option on the website is not a promise of eligibility or worldwide availability.
02. The setup process
- Connect your wallet and submit your legal name, email address, and individual or business account type. An active invitation code may be required when registration is invitation-only.
- Open and review the provider terms supplied during setup, and complete the provider’s acceptance step.
- Complete the hosted identity-verification flow and any additional requirements shown for your application.
- At the final setup step, choose USD, EUR, or both and confirm which receiving accounts to request. Account creation can proceed only after the required verification and terms steps have been approved.
Each currency request is processed separately. If one account is created and another request fails, review the result in the workspace and retry the unfinished request; do not assume both accounts are ready until receiving details are available.
03. Verification information
“Know your customer” (KYC) checks verify an individual’s identity. Business applications also involve business verification, often called KYB. Bridge’s hosted flow specifies the information required for your application and the evidence it accepts.
Depending on your profile, this can include identity and contact details, date of birth, residential address, identity or tax numbers, identity documents, and proof of address. A business may also need to provide registration, ownership, and representative information. The provider may ask about the purpose of the account, expected activity, or source of funds. Not every applicant is asked for the same evidence.
Submit requested evidence through the verification flow linked from YanaTech, not by ordinary support email. YanaTech receives customer, verification, and eligibility information through the integration to display progress and manage setup. Our privacy policy explains the information handled by the workspace and its providers.
04. Review, decisions, and further checks
An application may be not started, incomplete, under review, approved, rejected, or awaiting another action. Terms acceptance, identity verification, and eligibility for a particular account service are separate requirements. Approval for one service does not guarantee approval for another currency or payment rail.
Review times vary. YanaTech cannot guarantee an approval date, override a provider’s decision, or remove a verification requirement. Follow the instructions returned in your application; contact support if a status is unclear or you cannot continue.
Further information may be requested after initial approval. Providers may limit, pause, decline, or discontinue services under their terms and applicable requirements. Keep your submitted information current and respond through the channel specified in any follow-up request.
05. Receiving details and wallet settlement
Use only the currency, beneficiary information, account details, reference, and payment rails displayed for the receiving account you intend to use. USD and EUR receiving instructions are not interchangeable. Do not send funds to an account that has not been created or is shown as deactivated.
YanaTech’s current receiving-account setup requests settlement in USDC on the Base network to the wallet address associated with account setup. The receiving currency and settlement asset are different: selecting a EUR receiving account does not request a euro-token payout. Check the destination address and network before sharing receiving instructions or initiating a payment.
Fees, conversion, processing, and returns are subject to the applicable service terms and payment details. Verification approval does not guarantee that every incoming payment will be accepted or settle immediately. Review the Bridge terms, privacy notices, and fee disclosure relevant to you. This page does not replace the agreements presented by the provider.
06. Additional accounts, labels, and deactivation
When available for your approved profile, the dashboard lets you request a receiving currency you have not set up, and Bank Details lets you request additional USD or EUR accounts. Each account request remains subject to provider approval and any applicable limits. Additional accounts use the settlement destination associated with your linked account.
Labels help you organize accounts in YanaTech. Renaming a label does not change the provider’s beneficiary details, currency, account number, or settlement destination. Use the actual receiving instructions when making or requesting a payment.
Deactivation requests a change to that receiving account’s status; it is not deletion of your customer profile, verification history, or payment records. Stop sharing the deactivated details. If a payment was already sent, contact support about its status rather than assuming deactivation cancels or refunds it.
07. Accurate information and safe use
Apply using information that is accurate, current, and your own. If applying for a business, you must be authorized to represent it. Do not use another person’s identity, submit altered evidence, misrepresent ownership, or attempt to bypass provider restrictions. Use receiving accounts only as permitted by the applicable provider terms.
Protect access to your wallet and check the website address before connecting. YanaTech support will not ask for a private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password. If a verification link looks suspicious or you believe account information is being misused, stop and contact support before continuing.
08. Support and policy updates
For help with setup, verification progress, receiving details, or account deactivation, email support@yanatech.online. Describe the issue and include a relevant account or transaction reference if available. Do not send identity documents, full bank details, passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases by email.
This policy describes YanaTech’s current account workflow. We will update it when the workflow or supported services change and revise the date above. Current provider instructions and the agreements applicable to your account should also be reviewed before use.
